The Digital Business Advisory Practice partners with clients to define, enable, and deliver end-to-end Digital, Data and AI transformations, helping organizations modernize their operating models, platforms, and ways of working to deliver measurable business value, including:

• Digital, Data & AI Strategy and Transformation Roadmaps aligned to business objectives and value realization
• Customer Experience Transformation — designing digitally enabled, data-driven customer and employee experiences leveraging analytics, AI and personalization
• Intelligent Automation & AI Enablement — identifying, designing and supporting delivery of automation and AI use cases with appropriate governance and controls
• Operating Model, Governance & Delivery Enablement for digital and AI programs
• Digital Portfolio, Program & Project Delivery — leading end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives from use-case definition through implementation and benefits tracking
• Journey Design & Business Case Development for digital and AI transformation
• Integrated Delivery & Cross-Capability Collaboration across data, cyber, cloud and platform capabilities
