Faaleh M. Sookye is the founder of the Mauritius AI Network, an independent initiative dedicated to connecting and strengthening the artificial intelligence ecosystem of Mauritius.
He believes that Mauritius has the talent, expertise, and ambition to become a recognised AI hub, but that meaningful progress begins with a connected and collaborative community. The Mauritius AI Network was established to make the country's AI professionals, organisations, researchers, and innovators more visible, discoverable, and connected.
With more than 15 years of experience in technology, digital strategy, and business transformation, Faaleh is passionate about helping organisations adopt AI in practical, responsible, and impactful ways. His vision is to build a trusted platform that fosters collaboration, shares knowledge, and supports the growth of Mauritius' AI ecosystem for years to come.
