AI Tech Lead

BDO IT Consulting Ltd is a fast-growing company with a mission to ensure that it delivers the promised benefits. It is looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered web applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack Python expertise with technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack Python development from solution design to deployment
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications, REST APIs, and automation solutions
• Build responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Integrate internal systems, third-party APIs, and AI services
• Design and maintain secure, high-performing relational databases
• Establish and maintain coding, testing, documentation, and security standards
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers and junior team members
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions
• Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years' experience in full-stack Python development
• Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and system integrations
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Experience with Docker, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating AI APIs and language models into applications
• Proven experience leading developers or technical workstreams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
