Build 2026: Africa's Shared Compute and AI Infrastructure Conference

Build 2026, themed "Building Africa's Shared Compute and AI Infrastructure," convenes policymakers, researchers, investors and innovators to work through how Africa can build, share and govern the compute its AI future depends on.

The programme spans six tracks: Infrastructure, Economics, Geopolitics, Tech Justice, Governance and Ethics, and Innovation Catalysis. Sessions aim to turn the Continental AI Strategy into usable frameworks for negotiation, pricing and procurement, and to examine how shared regional compute can give smaller markets capacity they cannot finance alone.

Organised by the Nigeria AI Collective, in line with Nigeria's National Artificial Intelligence Strategy (NAIS).
