I am an AI professional with a background in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence. I currently serve as the Lead AI at Emtel Ltd, where I drive the organization's AI strategy, focusing on implementing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation. Prior to this role, I worked in core network engineering, gaining hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure, server deployment, virtualization, and network operations. This strong technical foundation, combined with my expertise in AI, enables me to bridge the gap between business needs and emerging technologies. My areas of interest include Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI governance, and AI-driven digital transformation.
