Houzaifa Cader is a People Coach, Agile Leader, and transformation professional with over 19 years of experience in software engineering, delivery, people leadership, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has held roles spanning development, quality assurance, project management, product leadership, Agile coaching, and people management, enabling him to build a holistic understanding of both technology and human systems. Currently at SD Worx Mauritius, Houzaifa plays a key role in supporting organizational transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness. He is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive, fostering psychological safety, and helping leaders navigate change with confidence. Houzaifa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mauritius and an MBA from MANCOSA Business School. He has also earned numerous industry certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, Coaching, and Project Management, including PMP®, PSM I & II, PSPO I & II, ICP-ACC, ICP-LEA, and several advanced Agile coaching credentials.
