Welcome to the Mauritius AI Network ("the Network", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our platform and applying for membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership & Eligibility

The Mauritius AI Network is a curated ecosystem for AI Professionals and Researchers. Membership is subject to a review process. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application to maintain the integrity and quality of the network.

  • Founding Membership is limited to the first 50 approved applicants.
  • Applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Identity verification may be requested as part of the review process.

3. Use of Information

Information provided in the application process will be used to create your professional profile. You maintain control over which specific contact details are displayed publicly based on your visibility preferences selected during application.

4. Professional Conduct

Members are expected to maintain professional standards. The Network is intended for collaboration, research, and ecosystem development. Any misuse of the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of membership.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mauritius AI Network branding, platform architecture, and curated network structure are the intellectual property of the initiative. Members retain ownership of their individual research and project data, but grant the Network a license to display submitted profile information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Network provides a platform for discovery and connection. We are not responsible for the outcomes of individual collaborations, consulting agreements, or employment opportunities initiated through the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
